The way Fortune 500 companies hire candidates has changed with the advent of GreenJobInterview.com. Formed by Theo Rokos and his brother Greg in 2007, the company provides the interface for job interviews on a PC instead of in person. Their clients include Walmart, Disney, Pepsi, Monster.com, Home Depot and most of the UC system.

GreenJobInterview.com now makes more than $3 million in revenue a year and has recently moved to a new facility in Costa Mesa.

“When companies started seeing reports that they had saved over $2 million by implementing our system, it just started snowballing from there,” says Rokos.

He says his clients now find it hard to believe that they used to waste so much time and money flying thousands of candidates in for first interviews.

Rokos grew up in Orange County and has a background in building sales teams for large corporations.
