A 20-year veteran of the recruiting industry, Greg Rokos provides strategic direction for GreenJobInterview® and is responsible for marketing its virtual interviewing solutions through client meetings, conferences, speaking engagements and key channel partnerships.
As CEO, Theo oversees GreenJobInterview’s sales, marketing and internal operations, and he is actively involved in the continual improvement of the company’s customer support function. Alongside fellow co-founder, Greg Rokos, Theo is one of the pioneers of browser-based virtual interviewing.
Sue oversees GreenJobInterview’s client support function, ensuring that each new client is onboarded smoothly and successfully, receives proactive concierge-level support, and utilizes GreenJobInterview’s solutions to their greatest advantage. She also helps to oversee partner integrations and the swift resolution of technical/IT-related issues.
Julie provides guidance and leadership to GreenJobInterview’s sales team and is responsible for the ongoing growth of the company’s revenues and profitability. She is involved in strategic planning, helping to managing the company’s resources, and improving its business processes. Previously, she served as Partner and senior executive recruiter at Personnel Strategies.
Caitlin is responsible for the day-to-day management of GreenJobInterview’s worldwide Call Center, ensuring that the Call Center’s staff adheres to the highest performance standards and maintains superior levels of responsiveness, service and quality.
