Theo Rokos
CEO & Co-Founder
Theo runs sales, marketing, and all internal operations at GreenJobInterview.
In addition to leading sales and marketing, Theo is actively involved in building and improving our customer support function. We at GreenJobInterview want to have world class customer service and to be recognized as a leader in candidate experience.
Theo has a background of building National and International sales teams at various Fortune 500 companies. Theo believes that people are the biggest asset in an organization and has the track record to prove it. Theo has often put his career in harm’s way by standing up for his people. Seeing how many large companies treated their employees, Theo was determined to create a tight knit, family environment at GreenJobInterview. It is Theo’s firm belief that this kind of a culture will create better people and in turn a better company. Theo relies on the John Wooden’s “Pyramid of Success” as his management inspiration.
In his spare time Theo gives back by coaching youth sports. He is the head coach of his children’s soccer, basketball, baseball, and football teams. Theo currently resides in southern California with his wife and family and holds a bachelor’s degree from Colorado State University as well as an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
Greg Rokos
President & Co-Founder
As Co-Founder and President of GreenJobInterview, Greg Rokos provides strategic direction for the company and is responsible for marketing the solution through client meetings, conferences, speaking engagements, key channel partnerships and other activities.
Greg is an 18-year veteran of the recruiting industry. As an industry expert, Greg has been interviewed by NBC, CBS, Fast Company, HR Executive, HR Magazine and many other media outlets. Rokos has presented at numerous national industry conferences including ERE and HERC. He has spoken at national talent acquisition meetings by FORTUNE 500 companies including Walmart, PepsiCo, Disney and Waste Management.
Greg has an unyielding commitment to customer satisfaction and is motivated to exceed his clients’ expectations. Rokos currently resides in southern California and holds a bachelor’s degree with honors from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
Greg enjoys living near the water, golfing, and perfecting his version of a homemade grilled pizza.
