Coverage of Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy concerns nonpublic personal information about you. It applies to information that is personally identifiable to you (such as your name, address, email address, and phone number) and that is not otherwise publicly available. It also applies to any list, description, or other grouping of consumers which includes you (and publicly available information pertaining to you) that has been derived using any personally identifiable financial information about you that is not publicly available. This Privacy Policy does not cover the conduct of persons not affiliated with GreenJobInterview.com. This means that this Privacy Policy does not cover parties that GreenJobInterview.com does not own or control, and that are not under common control with GreenJobInterview.com. Some non-limiting examples of third parties whose conduct is not covered by the GreenJobInterview.com Privacy Policy are Internet Service Providers (“ISPs”), other Users of GreenJobInterview.com, other participants in communications you may have using the Services, other users of GreenJobInterview.com, visitors to GreenJobInterview.com Public Pages, advertisers, and web sites of other persons not under our control to which we provide links. Web sites other than GreenJobInterview.com which are under the control of GreenJobInterview.com or its affiliates may have their own separate or additional terms and conditions of use and privacy policy, as displayed or explicitly referenced on such other web sites.

Information Collection and Use.
We record and organize information about you from the following sources which may result in records personally identifiable to you. Information which your browser reports automatically as part of the network protocol, including your computer’s IP address, and the page you requested; Information when you visit GreenJobInterview.com pages, when you log in, and when you enter promotions and sweepstakes. Information which you disclose to us during registration to become a User, or otherwise to supply us when you use GreenJobInterview.com and the Services. This information includes your name, address, email address, and user name.

Disclosure of Nonpublic Personal Information.
We do not rent or sell your nonpublic personal information in the ordinary course of our business to any nonaffiliated third party. We disclose your nonpublic personal information to nonaffiliated persons as follows:

(v) the right to make a confidential disclosure in connection with sale, merger, refinancing, recapitalization, or other reorganization of our entire business, or of substantial divisions of our business, provided that the disclosures are made in confidence only for the purposes of such a contemplated transaction and for carrying on the same or a related business following such transaction, and provided that the person in receipt of the disclosure is required to maintain privacy policies at least as restrictive as our applicable privacy policies;

Your Right to Opt Out of Disclosures of Nonpublic Personal Information.

Communications From Which You Cannot Opt Out.
GreenJobInterview.com reserves the right to send you certain communications without giving you a right to opt out from receipt of them. The communications for which no opportunity to opt out is provided include service announcements, administrative messages, notices and demands required or permitted by law, amendments to the Agreement and the Privacy Policy, and communications concerning the rights of you, us, or any other persons affected by GreenJobInterview.com or the Services.

You are not provided any opportunity to opt out of protocols which are part of the function of GreenJobInterview.com and the Services and that are likely to disclose some personal information about you to third parties not affiliated with GreenJobInterview.com. For example, your browser must provide an IP address to exchange communications. As another example, it is an essential part of the functional protocol for Hosted meetings using the Services of GreenJobInterview.com that the User acting as Host is supplied with a valid user name and a valid, functional email address (and sometimes additional personal identification information) for each person who requests participation in a Host’s session so that the Host can exercise a right of consent to each participant. GreenJobInterview.com does not obtain control over persons merely by accepting registration of them as Users of GreenJobInterview.com or by their participation in use of the Services during Host’s session. A User acting as a Host therefore is an unaffiliated third party who receives and could collect such information concerning prospective participants in a manner which is beyond the practical control of GreenJobInterview.com. Similarly, a Host must provide prospective participants with means to identify a particular Host for a particular session in connection with requests for participation in that Host’s particular session, and such prospective participants are third parties unaffiliated with GreenJobInterview.com who could record that information.

Editing Your GreenJobInterview.com Account Information.
If you have registered as a User of GreenJobInterview.com you may log on using your User ID and password. Select Admin Options and Account Information to edit your registration information, to change your preferences, and to unsubscribe from portions or all categories of future marketing communications from GreenJobInterview.com and its affiliates.

Cookies.
A cookie is a small amount of data, which often includes a unique identifier, which is sent to your browser from a web site’s computers and is stored on your computer’s hard drive.     SPONSOR: The sponsor of the Sweepstakes is GreenJobInterview.com, LLC (“Sponsor”).

    ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States (excluding any jurisdictions where such Sweepstakes are prohibited by law) who are 18 years of age or older and are registered to attend the HR Technology Conference & Exposition (“Tech Conference”) to be held October 7-10, 2014 at the Mandalay Bay Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada. Employees of GreenJobInterview.com, LLC (“Sponsor”), the Mandalay Bay Hotel, Fiat USA, LRP Publications and Human Resources Executive®, and all exhibitors and sponsors of the Tech Conference and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, dealers and advertising and promotion agencies involved in this Sweepstakes, and their respective parent companies and any of their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

    SWEEPSTAKES: Sweepstakes begins on September 19, 2014 at 10:00:01 a.m. Pacific Standard Time and ends October 9, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

    FREE ACCESS TO ALL ENTRANTS: All Sweepstakes entrants will receive forty-five (45) days of free unlimited access to the GreenJobInterview Platform (one account per entrant/company).

    HOW TO ENTER: To enter the Sweepstakes log onto http://www.winafiat.com and follow the steps to register for a GreenJob One-WayTM recorded interview (“GreenJob One-Way Interview”). Entrants can register at any time during the Sweepstakes Period, at any location, including at the Sponsor booth or the floor of the Expo Hall. Entrants will be assigned a Sweepstakes Number upon registration. Entrants must complete the GreenJob One-Wayand must register on the GreenJobInterview website using a valid business email address or an email address of the company they represent. Only one registration per individual is allowed. Setting up multiple registration accounts, submission of more than one (1) registration, using a personal email address or utilizing the email address of others or a company for whom the entrant does not represent is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes.

    DRAWING: A random Drawing will be held on October 9, 2014 at or about 2:00 p.m. PST at the GreenJobInterview booth on the floor of the Expo Hall of the Tech Conference. The drawing will be conducted by a representative of the Sponsor at which the winning Sweepstakes Number will be drawn. The Sponsor reserves the right to change the date, place, and time of the Drawing provided such change is published in advance of the Drawing on the GreenJobInterview website. Immediately after the Drawing, the Winner will be announced at the GreenJobInterview booth and on the GreenJobInterview website. The Winner does not need to be present at the Drawing. Sponsor will notify the Winner by email at the address used to register for the GreenJobInterview One-Way Interview.

    ODDS: Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entrants.

    PRIZE: The Sponsor will pay the lease payments in a one-time lump-sum payment to the lessor for a three (3) year lease of a 2015 Fiat 500 base model vehicle or, if the Winner is a permanent resident of the State of California, a 2015 Fiat 500e electric base model vehicle. The Winner must qualify for and lease the vehicle directly through an authorized Fiat dealership chosen by Sponsor, in its sole discretion, located in Orange County, CA, using Chrysler Capital as lessor and have all lease and lease required documents executed and/or provided in his/her name, including but not limited to vehicle insurance, car registration, and any other documents required to consummate the lease transaction. Sponsor will not participate in or be a party to the lease qualification process or lease related documents; Sponsor’s sole involvement will be to facilitate the presentation of the lease to the Winner by the Fiat dealership. The vehicle shall be delivered to the Winner at the location of the Fiat dealership in Orange County, CA. The Winner will be solely responsible for any additional costs or charges related to the lease, delivery of the vehicle, additional options for the vehicle other than those included in the base model of the vehicle, or use of the vehicle. The lease may subject the Winner to additional charges associated with mileage, damage to the vehicle, and the condition of the vehicle upon return to the dealership at the end of the 36 month lease, all of which shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner.

    PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: No substitutions or cash equivalents are permitted. The Prize is non-transferrable. Federal, State, and local taxes on the Prize, if any and any expenses related to acceptance and taking delivery of the Prize and to the use of the Prize, other than the lease payments, are the responsibility of Winner. Winner must present to Sponsor or its representative suitable proof that Winner was registered for the Tech Conference to or at the time of claiming the Prize. Prize Winner is responsible for license, registration, title fees, documentation fee and insurance costs. Winner must take delivery of the Prize in Orange County, California within thirty (30) days of notification of availability or Prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate Winner. The Fiat will come with car wrap advertising that contains digital graphics advertising GreenJobInterview (“GJI Wrap”), made of adhesive vinyl similar to that depicted on the landing page used by entrant to register for the Sweepstakes. If, at any time, the Winner removes, obscures, defaces or damages the GJI Wrap the Winner shall be required to, at his/her sole cost and within seven (7) days have the GJI Wrap restored to its original condition or else reimburse the Sponsor for all costs associated with the Prize including the lease payments and the promotional costs incurred by the Sponsor.

    NOTIFICATION OF WINNER: Prize Winner will be notified by a traceable form of delivery and will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release, and where legal, a Publicity Release, and a Federal form W-9 within fourteen (14) days of Prize notification. Failure to timely return required documents, or if Prize notification by email is returned as undeliverable, Prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner.

    ADDITIONAL TERMS: By participating, entrants agree (a) to the Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor which shall be final in all respects; (b) to release, discharge, and hold harmless and indemnify the Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies involved in this Sweepstakes, and their respective parent companies (collectively “Releasees”), from all liability, claims or damages arising out of their participation in the Sweepstakes and the Winner’s acceptance, use or misuse of Prize, and (c) by acceptance and use of the Prize, entrants agree to the use of their names, voice, and/or likenesses for advertising and publicity purposes by Sponsor and its agents in all media without compensation except where prohibited by law.

    LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Releasees are not responsible, and shall not be liable for any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation, or communications line failure regardless of cause with regard to any aspect of the operation of the Sweepstakes. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Sweepstakes at any time with or without notice to entrants if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion, and Releasees shall assume no responsibility to entrants in such case. In the event that the Sponsor deems it necessary to cancel the Sweepstakes, the Prize, will be awarded in a random drawing from all eligible entries received as of the time of cancellation.
